Contract & Administration
Once the cost proposal is approved, we prepare your building contract and assist with all administrative procedures to ensure a smooth and professional setup.

Project Commencement
A Project Coordinator will finalize the commencement date and the project schedule with you. Once the project begins, you’ll receive regular updates (once a week) and progress reports.

Progress Payments
Payments will be requested at key milestones as outlined in your contract, with full transparency from our Accounts Department.
You only pay as progress is delivered.

Practical Completion
We notify the council and prepare for the final inspection. Then, after the final inspection with the client will be arranged and final documentation will be arranged.

Handover
The big day! Our Site Supervisor will guide you through every corner of your completed home. You’ll receive a handover pack including the keys, warranties, and legal documents.
